ABOUT
The efficiency big companies buy, built for a business your size.
Incorporate AI builds operational platforms for small and mid-sized businesses — one system the whole business runs on, so the hours that go into carrying work between tools go back into the business.
Large companies run efficiently because their systems talk to each other: a sale updates the stock, a job carries itself to the invoice, and the numbers are current without anyone asking. That efficiency has always come with enterprise software and the staff to run it. We build the same thing around how your business already works, at your size.
A platform is the thing a business depends on to open in the morning, so the efficiency has to last. Most of what goes wrong with one is not technical: it is scope that drifts, a handover that never happens, a system nobody maintains six months later. Those are the failures we plan for from the first conversation, and they are why small businesses usually end up with six disconnected tools instead of one platform.
The work now is Central Texas — auto shops, retailers, clinics, contractors, practices. Businesses big enough to have real operational complexity and too small to have been the audience for the software that handles it. That gap is the whole opportunity: the capability exists, it has simply never been built for a business this size.
The people who scope it build it
There is no handoff. Not a salesperson who passes you to a junior after signing, and not a queue. The people who scope your platform are the people who build it and look after it — which is the only way the thing that gets built resembles the thing you described.
We keep the team small on purpose. The leverage comes from tooling and automation rather than headcount.
Three rules on every build
The failure nobody warns you about is not the system breaking. It is the system being confidently wrong, and nobody noticing for six weeks. These are wired in:
- 1
Grounded figures
Numbers come from your data or they do not appear. Nothing is estimated into existence, and nothing is rounded into a number you might repeat to your banker.
- 2
Cite or stay quiet
In the systems we build, every answer shows where it came from. No source, no answer: the system says it does not know. This is enforced in code, not asked for in a prompt.
- 3
Held for a human
Anything that spends money, sends mail or reaches a customer waits for you to say yes. Autonomy is a setting, not a default.
How we work
- Your data is yours, and your licence is permanent
We own the platform software; you hold a perpetual licence to run your business on it. It survives if you stop working with us, and it transfers with the business if you sell. Your data is yours throughout.
- Every platform ships with a care plan
Hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and fixes. Nothing leaves here unsupported — a system nobody maintains is a system that quietly stops being true.
- We say no
If twenty minutes tells us it is not worth building, we say so. A bad first project does neither of us any good.
