What this site keeps, and why.

Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and we delete it when you ask.

What we collect

  • Your answers to the eleven-question plan. We store them with the plan we recommended, so we can see which questions businesses are bringing to us. On their own they do not identify you.
  • Your name, business name and email, only if you type them. All three are optional. If you give them, we keep them with your plan so we can follow up, and we may email the plan to you.
  • Anything you send us yourself — an email to hello@incorporateaillc.com or a call to (254) 391-8518. That goes through your own email or phone provider and ours, like any other message.

What we collect automatically

To stop the forms being abused, the site turns your internet address into a scrambled, one-way code and counts how often that code submits. We never store the address itself, and the counts are deleted after 48 hours. Like any website, our hosting and network providers may keep standard technical logs for a short time to keep the service running and secure.

What we do not do

  • No advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and no tracking scripts.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
  • We do not use what you tell us to train AI models.

Who else handles it

Only the companies that run the site for us: our hosting provider (the site and its database run in the United States), our network and security provider, and, when we email you a plan, our email delivery provider. They handle the data on our behalf and not for their own purposes. We will disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Plan answers and any contact details you gave are kept while they are useful for following up with you, and deleted when you ask. The anti-abuse counts are deleted after 48 hours.

Your choices

Email hello@incorporateaillc.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will answer within 30 days. You can use the plan without giving any contact details at all.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes
